KEK Accelerators visit tour!!!

This summer, I got through the tunnels in Accelerator facility.
I'll give you little introductions:)

First, Linear Acc. called linac. This is very simple one, just gives energy to electron beam.

Connection between Pipes. You can see thinner pipes the cooling water goes through.

Beautiful...

It could be Beam Position Monitor using electric and magnetic interaction.

These things are magnets of coil, sextupole magnet and quadrupole magnet.

Next accelerator, compact one.
