My after-work exercise activity (badminton). 🏸

I think our daily lives are mostly occupied with work, and we end up forgetting about our own health—and that’s totally me, haha 😆💼 Since I moved to work in another province, I’ve realized one of the advantages of living here is that the traffic is much more convenient compared to commuting in Bangkok, the capital city 🚗✨ The air in the provinces is quite nice 🌿💨, and the commute doesn’t take long ⏱️😊

Another great thing about living here is that my colleagues enjoy exercising 🏃‍♀️💪. Most of the time, we like to play badminton 🏸🎉. We usually play once a week in the evening after finishing work 🌇😄

At first, when I started playing badminton here, I thought any racket would do 🏸😅. But after playing for a while, I realized that what really matters is the shoes 👟✨ and a good-quality badminton racket. They really help me play better and feel less tired 💪😊.

After a few months, I can clearly feel that my skills have improved 📈😁. I’ve become more confident and brave enough to play with people I don’t know, joining practice games on the badminton court 🤝🏸. In the past, I wouldn’t dare to play with experienced players because I was afraid they wouldn’t enjoy it or that I’d waste their time 🙈💭.

But now, I’ve started practicing with others and continuously learning new skills—proper positioning, hitting techniques, and footwork 🏃‍♀️🎯—so I can keep improving myself all the time 🌟💖

Most of the time, I spend about 1 hour playing 🏸⏰. Sometimes I play for 2 hours if there are many players to join 🤗🎉. While playing, it actually doesn’t feel tiring at all 😄✨, but once the game is over, I’m almost out of breath 😂💨 hehe.

It’s a sport that makes me feel both tired and happy at the same time 😆💦🏸. It’s also an activity that helps me relieve stress while spending quality time with my friends in a really meaningful way 🤍👯‍♀️✨.

On top of that, it makes me drink more water 💧😄—because honestly, I’m usually not someone who drinks much water at all 🙈😂. And this is a snapshot of my workout today 📸💪😊
