My Actifit Report Card: August 07 2026

오늘의 산책은 정말 즐거웠습니다! 길을 걷다가 우연히 오래된 친구를 만나게 되었어요. 우리는 몇 년 만에 다시 만난 것이라서 반가움이 가득했죠. 그동안 어떻게 지냈는지 이야기를 나누며 시간이 정말 빠르게 지나갔습니다.

산책 중에는 예쁜 카페 앞에서 벚꽃이 만개한 나무를 발견했는데, 그 모습이 너무 아름다워서 잠시 멈춰서 사진도 찍었습니다. 그리고 공원에서는 아이들이 자전거를 타고 노는 모습을 보며 저도 어린 시절이 떠오르더군요. 오늘의 산책은 단순한 운동 이상의 소중한 경험이었습니다!
