My Actifit Report Card: July 24 2026

오늘의 산책은 정말 즐거웠습니다. 아침 일찍 나와서 공원으로 향하던 중, 오랜만에 친구를 만났습니다. 그는 요즘 아침 운동을 열심히 하고 있다고 하더군요. 그래서 함께 조금 걸으며 건강 이야기를 나눴습니다.

또한, 공원에서 아름다운 꽃들이 만개해 있었는데 특히 벚꽃이 남은 잎을 소중히 간직한 모습이 인상적이었습니다. 지나가는 할머니께서 그 꽃을 보시며 옛날 이야기를 해주셨는데, 그 덕분에 느긋한 아침을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 오늘의 산책은 사람들과의 소통과 자연의 아름다움을 동시에 느낀 소중한 시간이었습니다.
