HIVE layout on a desktop computer needs work

I may be the only one here who still uses a desktop computer, but I still want the developers to know that the layout / format of the page really stinks. The thumbnails and intros are way too small! I get almost no information until I open a post, but I almost never do because of the disappointment of having to go back and forth to read a post.

You may have the most popular alternative social site around, but I find myself not scrolling here much. On a daily basis, I check Facebook, Minds, Gab, Publish0x and now Hive. I usually leave Hive without opening a post because my attention is not held by any of the posts. I am a huge fan of free speech, but have no interest in the tokens or points or whatever you gain here for content. Many of the independent news outlets I follow were posting to Steemit and I hope they switch to hive and I hope it becomes more readable. Good luck to all.
