Hoy nos decidimos mi amiga y yo a iniciar clases de pole Dance deportivo y a pesar de que nos tropezamos múltiples veces y quedamos con hematomas, nos divertimos mucho. Este deporte en definitiva es rudo porque ejercitas todo tu cuerpo con el mismo peso corporal.
¿Se atreverían a iniciar un deporte de estos?
