Grateful and Happy

This weekend I started off with playing in a soccer game, it was a ton of fun unfortunately didn’t manage to get pictures - only this one.

Then got up early on Saturday morning to take part in a Parkrun with my friend Keri. This will be our 5th weekend in a row at the Parkrun. It has such a fun atmosphere, people cheering you along the way towards the finish line. People bring their dogs and music playing.

Afterwards I went for breakfast with my friend Keri and her mom just before meeting my boyfriend, Lee’s dad for coffee.

When I arrived there was a wonderful bouquet of sunflowers (my favourite flower in the world) waiting for me at the restaurant.

A beautiful surprise from my boyfriend for our two year anniversary coming up next weekend. These sunflowers have not only lit up the room but have made me so happy every time I look at them.

Thank you my love @leelektrik for such a thoughtful gift, cannot believe we are going on two years together! I feel so lucky to love someone as special as you.

We’re currently in different countries as Lee is about to embark on a new business venture in which I will join him soon but for now these sweet gestures as we are apart mean the world to me.
