My Actifit Report Card: September 20 2019
I work up this morning pretty late cos it rained yesternight and it was so cold. I woke up this morning. I decided to go for a walk round the house twice then i went back home took my bath and set off for work. Then after work i took a walk home which took a while. Its a form of therapy.
