Hello, everyone! I've truly missed you all during my time away. It feels like an eternity since I was last active several months, to be exact because I’ve been immersed in my practice teaching internship. This experience has been both challenging and rewarding, requiring my full attention and commitment.

Now that I've managed to carve out some time for myself, I’m excited to reconnect and share the incredible experiences I've had over the past few days at the beach resort. Although each day has been physically exhausting, I remind myself that every bit of hard work is building a strong foundation for my future career and personal growth.

In this blog, I'm excited to take you on a tour of the beautiful Conception Makikiling Point Beach Resort! Located in Hinigaran, Negros Occidental, this beach resort features amazing rock cliff formations and stunning sunsets. You'll find cozy cottages, convenient restrooms, plenty of water for washing, a mini canteen, great grilling spots, and even videoke for some fun. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy some quality time!

We set out on a journey from Don Salvador Benedicto, and after approximately three hours of leisurely travel, we finally reached the charming town of Hinigaran. Fortunately, the weather was quite pleasant; the sun was shyly tucked behind clouds, making our journey comfortable and enjoyable.

Upon arrival, we discovered a hidden gem of a resort, one that remains largely undiscovered by the casual traveler. Without the assistance of Google Maps, it would have been nearly impossible to find this delightful spot!

I couldn't resist capturing the beauty around me, snapping photos of the serene surroundings. The lush green landscape was breathtaking, enveloping the resort in a sense of peace and tranquility. The simplicity of the environment only added to its charm, creating a perfect backdrop for relaxation.

The resort featured cozy cottages ideal for a restful stay, alongside a fun videoke corner for those looking to lift their spirits with some singing.

One of the highlights was the grilling area, where guests can cook up a feast. We brought along a variety of foods and refreshing drinks to enjoy.

After our delicious meal, we wandered over to a spectacular rock formation nearby. It was awe-inspiring to gaze upon the natural beauty and unique features of the rocks, a perfect reminder of the wonders of nature.

The moment was exhilarating as I captured the beach surroundings. After months of waiting, I look forward to swimming in the sea and enjoying some relaxation. I was reminded that there’s also a volleyball net, inviting everyone to join in the fun.

This beach may not feature white sand, but its beauty is truly remarkable. With an entrance fee of just 20 pesos, one can revel in the joys of swimming and exploring. While I can’t recall the exact cost of renting a cottage, it varies based on size.

Although the beach resort lacks signal for data, they offer Ang peso-wifi for any online emergencies.

At around 3:00 pm, the scenery transforms into something breathtaking. It’s truly amazing.

I dream of returning to this place and cherishing each moment once more.
