Me, My Coffee and Reflection at the end of the year

In the past, around 2020, this social media has brought me to an introduction with someone I respect, cityofstars@cityofstars his name and someone else I can't mention here, but then I never see his post here again. But the introduction relation has led me to a friendship and you know? we still talk to each other via WhatsApp until I make this post. It all started with a coffee discussion until finally I asked him to taste my special coffee from my own garden and he loved it. I very much appreciate that's the moment.

Even though he and I have come from different countries, distance is not a barrier for us to communicate with each other. And now I know he is finishing his studies in Canada and would love to hear the news that he will finish it well and on time. I hope so.

Yup, my Arabica coffee is Special. Why? Special because my family and I have tried to produce original coffee with our own hands, some coffee processing equipment is available, although simple, we are trying to meet some requests from and to outside the region. Btw, now I've tried to come up with a name for my coffee product, TZ92 Sentong Coffee.

TZ is the name of the father and mother, while 92 indicates the address of the coffee plantation which is on Takengon Bireuen street, precisely at Km 92, while Sentong Coffe is the name of the cafe that we pioneered in the past, but now no longer exists.

My family and coffee are two things that can not be separated because my mother and father are coffee farmers and make the garden a field of money for our living and educational needs. Currently, we are not living in Central Aceh, so my little brother has continued the family business. I live in Aceh Jaya, my big brother in West Java but we are still giving the greatest support to him from other city.

I cannot lose on thing in my life now. My habit is drinking coffee about 3 cups a day. I often make it by myself or going to coffe shop with my friend. Yups, I often think the coffee is a symbol of friendship, by drinking coffee together is also a symbol of how close we are and coffee have been a culture that has lived for thousands of years in our place until the Gayo Arabica Coffee has become a source of income for farmers and Gayo Coffee have achieved achievements as one of the most expensive coffees in the world. Btw, Gayo Coffe has been one of the suppliers of coffee materials at Starbucks for the last 2 years. Incredible.

At the end of 2021, I learned a lot. It's like the long history of Gayo's Coffe in the view of the world, experiencing difficulties a long time ago, rose and get achievements and great appreciation. The same thing for me, we certainly have and have passed the difficult times in this hive social media with that old platform.

Today we are in a new chapter of enthusiasm for a hive. Be strong wish and please strengthen your determination to always be together on the hive and spread your hive spirit so that this community becomes strong. Finally, don't forget to sit with your friends, share your stories with them while drinking a warm sip of coffee.
