Free Sps in chest?

You can get Sps from being in each victory in a battle, a Guild, from land and from holding onto licenses and playing Soul Keep. But you can also get it out of chest thru the reward in the form of energy. My goal is to get as many Sps as I can which can give me more glint which can give me more Sps thru energy. By playing the chest I can still get cards (though much slower then doing an actual draw) a chance to win a super pack, potions, energy and merits. In a way chest are having your cake and eating it too. Please reply with your strategy in the game of Splinterlands.
