香港做日式家庭料理店不多，但元朗就有一間呢。我喜歡支持小店，因細店大都用心經營，不太添加味精，能吃出家的味道。
今天是五一假期，是時候外出吃一點好的!
左邊是松葉蟹棒雜炊，右邊是味噌豚肉野菜烏冬，松葉蟹啖啖鮮味，豚肉味噌湯材料十足絕不吝嗇：白蘿蔔、紅蘿蔔、菇、洋蔥及豚肉塊，非常鮮甜，不會帶有死咸的感覺。
