**TAPIOCA PREPARATION **

Preparing tapioca is very simple and well known to people like me, it can be also used in the production of abacha.
This recipe is mostly enjoyed by many people in my area..

*uprooting the cassava *

boil at least 10 to 15 minutes,
Then bring it down, off your gas and sive it properly .

*proper slicing *

Try and make sure, that it's being properly sliced to tiny pieces and long ' Be careful with your hands while slicing, because it can hurt or injure..

Let it be as neet and clean, so as to avoid dirt '' *

-Neat tray (very portable)
-knife

{A large pot or bowl is to be used, which would be very good enough for the soaking}.
Soak and wait till the next day..

Next step, wash and rinse your eberebe very well..
Then your yommy tapioca will be ready to be served and enjoyed....
