Me caracterizo por ser una persona amigable, pero tal vez mis expresiones faciales digan lo contrario. No me culpen, es algo de familia.

Sin duda, sé el valor de la sonrisa, reír a carcajadas debe ser la mejor terapia que puede existir. En lo particular, me siento bien cuando sonrío, sobre todo cuando nace con espontaneidad .

Una sonrisa hermosa puede abrir muchos portales; el de la felicidad y la paz es el más valioso. Sonreír es una manera de ser agradecidos, de decirle a la vida gracias.

A veces creemos que no tenemos motivos para sonreír, pero solo el hecho de estar vivos, es un gran motivo. A veces, mi carácter fuerte, hace que no sea tan fácil sonreír, pero he ido aprendiendo a dejar que las cosas no me sobrepasen, para dejar de fruncir el ceño mucho más rápido y que mis sonrisas sean más duraderas, no es fácil, en ocasiones, es sumamente difícil, pero tenemos que ponerle actitud a la vida.

Mi sonrisa favorita es la de mi hija. Si ella está sonriendo y feliz, todo está bien para mí y, por supuesto, ella es la causante de hacerme reír más seguido, con sus ocurrencias y su bonita forma de ser.

A veces, tememos sonreír demasiado, existe un dicho, que después de una tarde de risas, algo malo está por venir, como si estar bien, tuviese un precio alto, la verdad, que no creo en eso, pienso que lo mejor es disfrutar de cada momento y dejar que los sentimientos afloren como debe ser, algunas veces riendo, otras llorando y si llorar también puede hacernos bien.

Es hermoso pensar, en un mundo lleno de personas sonrientes, que no teman en ser felices, pero la vida cotidiana, no es color de rosa, pero sí podemos tener una actitud positiva y sonreírle a la vida, sin importar cómo nos esté yendo.

Parece mentira, pero algo tan sencillo como sonreír, puede hacer en nuestra vida y en la de las demás cosas maravillosas, difíciles de explicar.
