Only dreams come true.
No, the title is not an error. Reality is completely made of our collective dreams. The good, the bad and the mediocre. You and I dream entities. Whether we are asleep or awake, we can not stop generating ideas that take shape and become the reality in which we live. Of course, everyone is submerged in certain circumstances, but their attitude towards these circumstances can transform them into positive or negative.
The only thing that you will transform into your reality are your dreams. And to think that they are "only dreams" is the real reason why you have not made them concrete yet.
What to do? Here are some steps you can take:
✔️Recognize that reality is a manifestation of our dreams. For example, each building was first a dream, an idea in the head of an architect.
✔️Get used to taking note of your dreams, both those you have in the night and those that you treasure in your mind for years. Do you want to write a book? Learn a language? Traveling to an exotic destination? Write it Make a list below each dream of what you would need to carry it out. From resources to certifications and help from third parties.
✔️List the actions you must take to comply with this. Even if your dream seems very remote, start by listing the steps you should follow. Then, do some action, however simple, to get closer to that dream. For example, if you want to travel but do not have money and do not even have a passport, manage it. Having a clever passport sends the message to your brain that you are preparing.
