👉Performance and Speed: For some, what matter most important is the ability to provide great speed and performance of the cloud storage service, especially for regularly transfer of large files or require quick access to data.

👉 Users' Feedback, Reliability and uptime: There are those who rely on the historical or reputation of providers and will always prefer those who that have proven track records of reliability and uptime based on users' previous feedback. They believe having a previous positive compliment from past users is a true well to gauge reliability

👉 Compliance: There are those who prefers providers that comply with relevant data protection and privacy regulations applicable in their location and industry and will always choose them over others.

👉 Integration and compatibility: Some will always consider providers that can seamlessly integrate with various tools, systems and applications such as productivity apps or project management tools. They prefer platforms that offer the highest level of compatibility protocols as Windows, macOS, mobile devices, or API integrations.
