Sieve 16 (6.3 mm): Medium coffee beans.

Sieve 13 (5.1 mm): Smaller beans.

Below sieve 13: Broken or very small coffee beans.

* **Color**:Raw coffee beans: Light green or light yellow.

Roasted beans: Uniform brown.

* **Caffeine content**: 2.5 - 3%

* **Foreign matter**: < 0.5%

* **Broken or black beans**: < 2%

* **Moisture**: < 12.5%

* **Packaging specifications**: 60 kg bags or as required.

**Arabica Coffee Beans**
