GIVE IT A TITLE ๐Ÿ˜

She struggled with her bag, she was told that she was going to speak to a small crowd, she was scared. She had, the previous night, rehearsed her speech - that was the umpteenth time. She was scared that she would not meet up to their expectations. She was always acknowledged as a good writer, but she doubted that. She believed that a good writer would write in a manner that captured her audience - she believed that they have top-notch stories.

She was insecure, she wanted to be at a point of perfection in her writing career.

She was called on the stage, she tried to gain her composure as she struggled with her introduction. They all sat attentive, and it dawned on her that they were listening. Her heart skipped faster when she began to give the proposed lecture. She said all that she crammed, and at some point, she allowed herself to relax. She enjoyed it anyways, but her fear which had fizzled out ran back again, and all that she said which she could remember replayed in her head as she stepped down from the stage. Her exit was followed by a round of applause. They smiled at her, but she could swear that it was an act of courtesy.

"You are good," the writer she had always admired said.

"Thank you," she replied.

" I wish to see from your perspective one day, and write the way you write. Your writings are unique, I must say"

The words, " You are good" played in her head and a wide smile creased her small face. There was a twinkle in her eyes, she was good. She was unique and would not allow insecurities to stifle her unique nature.
