Midnight Puzzles

You know one thing I love about programming, I can create anything or decide to even remodel any app to fit my preference.

This is 1:24 am and I'm engrossed in a game I built myself. Its called the Neoxian Puzzler, I mimicked a similar game in a newspaper on hive.

So, I am more of a puzzle guy.
I find myself playing games that's mentally stimulating .

The puzzler is a concept you would be familiar with, it entails using your touchpad or mouse to find words in the grid and match them up correctly.

Simple right?

Funny how it took me long to figure out the last word. I'm embarrassed, my own creation humbled me 😫😅

I enjoy these kind of games because its very simple but yet you have a think a bit.
I play it not really for competition, I often use it to relax my brain after a long day. Sometimes I just want something simple yet fun I can use to calm myself. It might sound weird, LOL but that's just me and how I enjoy my Midnight.

Chess

This is another game I love so much. You could almost call me an addict. Am I the only one that could be playing one game and then just decide to switch games? well, I do that.

I could be playing my puzzler and then just decide to switch to the Lichess app and battle players online in a bullet game. Its kinda like a reflex action, my fingers just go to app at night when I'm tired and just run some games.

I love chess because its puzzle-like. Starting from picking an opening you're comfortable with, trying different variations and building strong positions to avoid your king from being captured; its so thrilling.

I took a pause from my gaming to write this post. I'm done now so I'd probably just play a few more before I go to bed, I'm exhausted 😴
