**Fake Restaurant #1 on TripAdvisor**

Hi Guys,

Here is one of my recent stories that you might find interesting to read. ( hope you do )

Few days ago i got a bad review on TripAdvisor , it made me feel bad , i felt like i didn't match someones expectations, something wasn't up to a standard , but what ? and when ? We are asking every costumer before they leave how was their experience ? all feedback's were positive the last month , and nothing major the past year or so. So what would make somebody leave a bad review without saying anything on the day to us, and the review itself wasn't anything particular, no day of visit , no dish mentioned , nothing to give me a clue what was so disappointing. "Keyboard Warriors" my colleague said! But i tough leaving a review good or bad is to express opinion and to help the restaurant see their upsides or downsides, why would you leave a review saying nothing specific ? 2 days after this video comes out, i'm not saying that this is the case with me , or that review is fake , but it made me think that the important feedback is from the people saying it straight to your face, not the one that hides behind a keyboard and because he had a bad day decide to make mine and the whole team feel crappy. So please guys if you have a bad or good experience in any restaurant, speak to member of staff , that will help us all in the hospitality to improve if not for you then for the costumers after.
