秋になりましたね。It's autumn.

皆さん、こんにちは。
ここ最近、日本はここ最近急激に気温が下がってきました。
秋は少し肌寒いくらいなので、動きやすいと思います。
Hello everyone.
The temperature has been dropping rapidly here in Japan of late.
During the fall, it is a little chilly, so it is easy to move around.

私は、Move to earnのSTEPNとFIT MINTをずっと続けています。
毎日かかさず、歩いています。良い習慣が出来てよかったです。
辺りを見渡してみると、冬の前の秋を象徴する柿の実が良く見かけます。
I have been following Move to earn's STEPN and FIT MINT for a long time.
I walk every day without fail. I am glad that I have made a good habit.
Looking around, I often see persimmon fruits, which symbolize autumn before winter.

今日は仕事終わりにSTEPNとFITMINTを行いました。
秋の風を感じながら、快適に歩けました。
歩いた後、夕ご飯にちらし寿司を頂きました。
今日は具材も多くて少し豪華なちらし寿司でとても美味しかったです。
明日も頑張れそうです。
Today we did STEPN and FITMINT after work.
It was a pleasant walk, feeling the autumn breeze.
After walking, we had chirashi-sushi for dinner.
It was a little gorgeous chirashi-zushi today with many ingredients and very tasty.
I will do my best tomorrow.
