Leche Flan
Leche Flan is one of the best desserts here in the Philippines. It made of Yolk of eggs and Condensed Milk. We are using Llanera for the container of Leche Flan to set. It's like your favorite pudding. We put a little bit of white sugar on Llanera to make a caramel then you can add your mixing egg yolks and condensed with a little bit of vanilla extract for the aroma of Leche Flan. After that, put the Leche Flan to refrigerator to chill. Here in the Philippines, Lechec Flan use to different kind of some desserts like Halo-halo, we put the Leche Flan on top of it. This is really a mouthwatering desserts you could eat!
