Hi Steemians,
Original pizza comes from Italy and can be found in Pizzeria (Pizza shop) where each pizza portion is about 30 cm in diameter or more, with a thinly sliced dough. One of the secrets of Italian Pizza delights is the roasting process done in a traditional oven with embers. This is because if baked with an electric oven, generally thin pizza dough will be hard.
