Busy 2.5.1 Bug: Duplicate comment when showing more replies from a nested comment page

Expected behavior
When I click show more comments only 1 of each comment should be shown.
Actual behavior
When I click show more comments the comment I was viewing is duplicated
How to reproduce
- Visit https://busy.org/@jrawsthorne-dev/icos#@jrawsthorne-dev/re-jrawsthorne-dev-re-jrawsthorne-dev-re-jrawsthorne-dev-icos-20180710t155456746z
- Click show more comments
- Scroll up and you will see "Hopefully final test" duplicated at the top. If you scroll up quickly enough you can see the duplicate blue highlight on the right.
