Embroidering caps with over sized designs
When the embroidery design is larger than the standard cap hoop, I use my Durkee Hoop and sticky stabilizer. Be sure to slow the machine sewing speed. A drop of sewers aid on the needle and embroidery thread help to prevent the thread from breaking.
