Staying at the School

Hello everyone! I hope we are all in God's grace and mercy. Today is the first day of July! Thank God for his protection and never ceasing love.

I took my kids to school this morning and I had to stay for a while to help clean my son's classroom. Parents were grouped for cleaners to clean before and after each session but I guess the afternoon sessions were too excited to go home to forget to clean. Anyway, I don't really like sweeping the floor because the dust makes me sneeze and the effects would last for even a week depending on how strong my immunity was. But yeah, I was forced since there were only four of us today. I assumed he will go hoem early today because they will be having assessments only but I was wrong.

I left my son so I could go home and prepare to go to work but my husband told me that he should go early to his work as a tanod because there will be an important meeting.

I volunteered to stay and wait for my son so I could take his Nanay before I could go to my work. I will be deducted of course but I had to do this because no one else will.

9 am came and I started to go to school, waiting standing on the porch and raking a peek at my son. Then I got bored and looked for another spot to sit, just at the back of my eldest daughter's classroom.

Right now, I am under a santol tree , where the shade gave comfort from the scorching sun.

Recess time came and the kids stormed the canteen, I am disheartened when I observed some kids saying bad words, as if their parents dod not thel them not to.

I don't usually stay at the school for long, this is my first time today and it. Feels great especially now that I was abelt to write and connect with you.
