Hello friends!
As I feel like to have chicken wings this evening, I am sharing the recipe here.
๐ How to Make Perfect Marinated Chicken Wings for Dinner! ๐
As mentioned, today I'm sharing a super easy and delicious recipe for marinated chicken wings that will make your dinner table the highlight of the night. These wings are packed with flavor and perfect for any occasionโwhether it's game day, movie night, or just a cozy evening at home.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Chicken Wings (cut into drumettes and flats)
- Marinade:
- ยผ cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp Sriracha Sauce (adjust to taste for spiciness)
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken Wings:
- Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Dry chicken absorbs marinade better!
Mix the Marinade:
- In a large bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients (soy sauce, honey, Sriracha, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, salt, cumin, chili powder, lime juice, and olive oil). Whisk everything together until well combined.
Marinate the Wings:
- Place the chicken wings in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the wings, making sure each piece is coated evenly.
- Massage the marinade into the wings using your hands or tongs to ensure they're fully covered.
- Cover the container or seal the bag tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for maximum flavor.
Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
Bake the Wings:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
- Arrange the marinated chicken wings on the baking sheet in a single layer, skin-side up.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
Serve & Enjoy:
- Once done, remove the wings from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces like ranch, buffalo dip, or barbecue sauce. You can also sprinkle some chopped green onions or sesame seeds on top for added flair!
Tips & Variations:
- Spice Level: Adjust the amount of Sriracha or chili powder based on how spicy you like your food.
- Gluten-Free: Use gluten-free soy sauce if needed.
- Vegetarian Option: Swap chicken wings for tofu cutlets and follow the same steps for a plant-based version.
- Air Fryer: If you prefer, you can cook these wings in an air fryer at 375ยฐF for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Why This Recipe Rocks:
- Flavorful: The combination of sweet, spicy, and savory flavors makes these wings irresistible.
- Easy Prep: With minimal effort, you can have a restaurant-quality meal at home.
- Versatile: Great as an appetizer, main course, or even a snack!
