Be the light

We all need love, we all need that word of encouragement. We do need strength, faith and courage to handle the challenges that life throws at us. No one was ever designed to make it all alone and by himself. That's why we are born into families, we have circle of friends, maybe a handful of acquaintances. So, when God puts compassion in your heart to be of help to someone, He's providing you an opportunity to make a difference in the life of that person. You must learn to follow his guidance. Don't ignore it, act on it. God talks to the heart of the one that cares.

The joy of giving is greater than that of receiving. Remember that what we do for others, we actually do for ourselves. When God blesses you, he also does that because of others. A hundred candles can be lit by one candle and the life span of that one candle will not be shortened. Be a light, be a hope. Be that person's last bus stop. Don't turn away when you can offer help.
