Fennel is a plant that has always been present in my life; I often drink its tea. Its benefits related to improved digestion and calming the nervous system contribute to a more peaceful day.

During a visit to a colleague's house, I was impressed by his plantation; he cultivates fennel along with numerous other plants. The beauty of the flowers makes the plant even more beautiful.

In a brief conversation, I was impressed by the possibilities of this plant. I learned that it's possible to make tea from any part of the plant. I imagined it was only possible to make tea from the seeds, but I had the pleasure of tasting the tea made from the leaves, and the flavor is practically the same. After that, I was tempted to grow some at home.

I see many products on the market that use fennel as an essence, but discovering that it can also be used as a natural expectorant left me incredulous. I will use this home remedy the next time I have a cold; I want to test its effectiveness. Better something natural than using chemical products.

O funcho é uma planta que sempre esteve presente na minha vida; costumo beber seu chá. Seus benefícios, relacionados à melhora da digestão e ao efeito calmante no sistema nervoso, contribuem para um dia mais tranquilo.

Durante uma visita à casa de um colega, fiquei impressionado com sua plantação; ele cultiva funcho junto com diversas outras plantas. A beleza das flores torna a planta ainda mais bonita.

Em uma breve conversa, fiquei impressionado com as possibilidades dessa planta. Aprendi que é possível fazer chá com qualquer parte dela. Imaginava que só fosse possível fazer chá com as sementes, mas tive o prazer de provar o chá feito com as folhas, e o sabor é praticamente o mesmo. Depois disso, fiquei com vontade de cultivar um pouco em casa.

Vejo muitos produtos no mercado que usam funcho como essência, mas descobrir que ele também pode ser usado como expectorante natural me deixou incrédulo. Usarei esse remédio caseiro na próxima vez que estiver resfriado; quero testar sua eficácia. Melhor algo natural do que usar produtos químicos.
