***pictures of my training today ***saludos a todos los amigos de Hive y la comunidad SWC hoy les traigo por acá un par de fotografías de el entrenamiento del día de hoy,tuvimos un fuerte entreno de full planche, varie multimples ejercicios de empuje como sets de Tuck planche push ups, handstand push ups y lean push ups, también realizamos varias progresiones como aguante en Tuck y lean planche y aguantes en full planche con liga de resistencia para así poder progresar un poco para así en poco tiempo lograr tener la full planche. estoy bastante satisfecho con el entreno de hoy junto a mi compañero

Gracias de antemano por el apoyo! greetings to all friends of Hive and the SWC community today I bring you here a couple of pictures of today's workout, we had a strong full planche workout, we did multiple push ups like sets of Tuck planche push ups, handstand push ups and lean push ups, we also made several progressions like Tuck hold and lean planche and full planche holds with resistance band in order to progress a little so that in a short time we can achieve the full planche. I'm quite satisfied with today's workout with my partner @ajdark-sw. Thanks in advance for the support!
