Buen día, querida comunidad, hoy voy a compartir unos de mis secretos para darle más sabor a las comidas 😱, como en la primera parte les enseñe a mezclar las sales para usarlas dependiendo del tipo de comida, quedo pendiente la sal con limón, especial para peces y marisquería, de una manera muy sencilla la puedes hacer y tenerla reservada con las otras sales que les mencione en el post donde les dejo el enlace @joseq1570/esp-ing-la-sazon-de, notaras el olor cítrico en esta sal y te ayudara con la intensidad del sabor.

Solo necesitaremos dos ingredientes, limón y sal, en especial que sea gruesa para luego triturarla con la piel del limón..

We will only need two ingredients, lemon and salt, especially coarse salt and then grind it with the lemon peel.

Con un cuchillo comenzamos por quitarle la piel al limón y la parte blanca también.

With a knife we begin by removing the skin of the lemon and the white part as well.

Ya limpia la piel del limón, la llevamos para la Air Frayer por 200 grados centígrados por 15 minutos.

Now clean the lemon skin, we take it to the Air Frayer for 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.

Dejamos enfriar y procedemos a triturarlo, como sale tostado puedes usar la mano o cualquier instrumento que la pulverice.

Para finalizar llevamos a un procesador de alimento la sal gruesa con la piel triturada del limón para mezclarlos y envasamos.

Finally, we take the coarse salt with the crushed lemon peel to a food processor to mix them and package them.

Todo listo para darle un buen gusto a las comidas del mar y para algunos a las comidas de cerdo.
