What my page is about

First of all, a little background about myself. My name is Joseph and I'm an orthodontist living in the United States. I've been interested in making a blog about dentistry and orthodontics ever since I was in dental school but I never saw the value in sharing my thoughts and ideas when the likelihood of anyone seeing it was virtually zero. I realize that the likelihood of anyone seeing these post is also virtually zero but the differentiating factor is Steemit (also I want to try new things in 2018).

Besides dentistry and orthodontics, I am also passionate about blockchain technology and the potential it has to revolutionize the future. When I learned about Steemit I saw the opportunity to create my blog while also supporting the adoption of blockchain technology, even if only a minuscule amount. Steemit and the Steemit community depends on content creators and curators and I'd like to contribute to this community in whatever way I can no matter how small.

You may also see me post about cyrpto every now and then but I'll try to keep this blog focused on what dentistry, orthodontics, and healthcare in general.
