I rescued (Poem)

I rescued from the mirage of time
your lips, that in the short distance
of the yearnings were passion and tenderness,
winged muses that took over
of the yearnings asleep under the lamp
of projected, reflected worlds
as a beam of light from our destinies.

 
I rescued from the indefinite horizon
that draws the boundaries of the unfading,
the trembling letters that unite
the desire to be pilgrim elements,
fused in the eternalness of space
that separates our bodies,
attracting them to an unknown point.

 
I rescued from the bottom of my desires
your chest that served me as a coat
at night, when the cold froze
the reasons for thinking and sleeping
as an unwanted guest, occupying
the pillows where the thought
flowed and became sullen and daring.

 
I rescued everything that once united us
and yet we keep turning
in different orbits, traveling
to worlds where disencounter
is an executioner of feelings,
a marauder who reminds me
the helplessness of daring to feel you mine.
