Sunday is the perfect day to pull out a yoga mat and head to the nearest park of your choice to stretch your body.

Nowadays it's super important to take some time off from the screens and stretch your body as much as possible, the feeling after a good routine is divine and your body will surely thank you in a few years.

But be careful not to fall asleep listening to the birds and feeling the breeze, because you could fall victim to the bites of ants angry at you for invading their habitat.

Hola, hola, hivers fotogénicos.

Domingo es el día perfecto para sacar un matt de yoga y dirigirte al parque más cercano de tu preferencia a estirar el cuerpo.

Actualmente es super importante tomarse un tiempo para descansar de las pantallas y estirar lo más posible todo tu cuerpo, la sensación después de una buena rutina es divina y tu cuerpo seguramente lo agradecerá en unos años.

Pero ten cuidado de dormirte escuchando los parajaritos y sintiendo la brisa, porqur podrías ser víctima de picaduras de hormigas furiosas por andar invadiendo su habitad.
