Apagan el equipo y sacan la batería por 5 segundos, luego presionan boton power mas volumen mas(+) hasta que aparesca un menu bajan con los botones de volumen y seleccionar con power la opción wipe data/ reset factory y listo luego dejamos terminar el proceso y seleccionamos reboot y listo.
