Bach Dang Street - After more than 2 months in Lockdown
Have you ever heard the saying "Da Nang is one of the most livable cities in Vietnam”?
It is not surprising that Da Nang is also known as a desirable place to live. Da Nang, which is always at the top of the list of the most livable cities in Vietnam, fully combines the factors that attract domestic and foreign tourists who not only want to come here to visit but also want to live here.
Today, I will take you around the “Bach Dang” Street- a street in the city center surrounded by the Han River.
After more than 70 days of social distancing for the whole city, now the number of Covid cases has decreased, the local government is gradually reopening for activities. The roads are starting to get more crowded, people can do exercise outdoors, going to the beach, jogging or cycling...
This is Bach Dang street - a busy street with sidewalk restaurants and bars. However, at the moment, the bars have not been reopened, so it seems that the street is not as busy as before.
Both sides of the sidewalk along the road are planted with many flowers and colors.
The road looks directly to the Han River - the symbol of Da Nang, throughout connecting all the bridges - the pride of the city. At the same time, standing on Bach Dang street can also observe many beautiful scenes of Da Nang such as watching clouds of Son Tra mountain in the morning, Hai Van mountain hidden in fanciful white clouds and river.
Moreover, Bach Dang Street is also invested with a system of tiled sidewalks with trees, flower beds, stone statues, trees and extremely elaborately decorated chandeliers. Every night the city lights up, the street is bright and sparkling, which really attracts not only tourists but also city dwellers.
In the afternoon, locals often come here to gather to play chess, sightsee or jogging
Along the road you can also see the buildings on the east bank - Tran Hung Dao street, this is also considered one of the busy streets in Da Nang. This street often attracts foreign tourists thanks to Japanese, Korean... restaurants.
If you have a chance to visit Da Nang City, don't forget to come here to see the bridges along the Han River, immerse yourself in the crowded and watch the mysterious shimmer of the lights when the city is at night.
