Here are a few more pics.

These are the latest pictures of the progress on or food truck. We will be starting up very, very soon. The menu is 100% authentic Mexican cuisine.

We are so excited to get this food truck up and running.

The hardest part was rewiring and getting all the plumbing working again. Whew, harder than I thought. But, that is how things usually turn out.. hehe.

The last thing to do is to get our gas lines in and getting a new paint job. Still trying to design a good look that has the Mexican theme intertwined.
