ticket 2 seoncds for parking
It amazes me they gave this lady a ticket 2 seconds before the no parking time zone expired. The judge laughed and dismissed it. no parking 8-10 her ticket 9:59 and 58 seconds... talk about a complete ass hole who wrote that ticket.
