Hello Afri-tune community, this is week 160, of the Afri-tune weekly entry and am at Johndoy0. For this week's entry I will be doing a cover of a song by MOGmusic title "Oh be lifted".
God has been awesomely good towards us since the beginning of the year, and in his mercies he has brought us to the second quarter of the year.
The song is a song of appreciation, telling God how awesome he is above all other god's.
You might be wondering why I said i lift him high above all other god's. Life is far beyond what we can see, it is beyond what we can get or what we have currently. It is about who we are and what we are meant to be.
You are the product of what you allow into you. Your life is not yours as long as you have handed it to Christ but you can also choose to own it by not giving it to him. Oh glorious God we praise your name and we lay out crown just to worship you.
What does it mean to lay down ones crown?
Your crown is your dignity, your power, authority, it is what makes you, you. What makes a king a king is the crown he wears in his head. In all odds I choose to lay it down just to call him King of Kings. You can choose to do same.
