Ghost Building : Shenzhen
These are buildings somewhere in shenzhen, China. Chinese people till some years ago, considered these red buildings as having ghosts. So they don't wish to live here in these apartments. So these were landed to foreigners to live. So now you can see only foreigners in these buildings. However, as the new generation is far from religious beliefs, so they think so, it was just rumors. But still they keep their selves apart from it.
Posted material is what I heard from the taxi driver, I don't know the authenticity of the story.
