Saludos amigos! El día de hoy les traigo una publicación con otro tema de reflexión, en donde utilizo el arte como herramienta para hacerles llegar mis pensamientos y creencias sobre estos distintos aspectos de la espiritualidad y la ciencia. Escogí en esta ocasión como título el EQUILIBRIO.

El equilibrio desde el punto de vista mental depende del uso de la energía, tanto nuestra como del entorno, y se fundamenta en el pensamiento y las acciones derivadas de estos, así como sus reacciones y consecuencias. Es la búsqueda de un estado de armonía con el entorno social y cultural, en donde exista la participación laboral, intelectual y de relaciones para alcanzar un bienestar y calidad de vida.

Greetings friends! Today I bring you a publication with another topic of reflection, where I use art as a tool to convey my thoughts and beliefs about these different aspects of spirituality and science. I chose on this occasion as a title the BALANCE.

The balance from the mental point of view depends on the use of energy, both ours and the environment, and is based on thought and the actions derived from them, as well as their reactions and consequences. It is the search for a state of harmony with the social and cultural environment, where there is labor, intellectual and relationship participation to achieve a well-being and quality of life.

He dibujado esta obra basándome en esta condición de armonía que genera un balance entre el cuerpo, la mente y el espíritu. Es importante considerar este aspecto de la vida que muchos creemos inalcanzable. Sabiendo que el adecuado uso de la energía lleva al equilibrio mental y que con él lo que podemos lograr el éxito en nuestro desarrollo humano y espiritual.
I have drawn this work based on this condition of harmony that generates a balance between body, mind and spirit. It is important to consider this aspect of life that many believe is unattainable. Knowing that the proper use of energy leads to mental balance and that with it what we can achieve success in our human and spiritual development.
