Sweet and sour pork 🥰

Hi ka hive ,
I am now back .It has been a month again since I last wrote something here .I have been busy with everything and I am bored right now so I have decided to write something here.
I cooked sweet and sour pork for the first time.My experimenting skill is now back.I love making new dishes and exploring new kind of dishes.

I searched something on google and luckily I have the ingredients needed for this recipe.I thought it was difficult but it is very easy to make. I have the ready made sweet and sour sauce so all I need was sliced pork and fry it first with flour.

After preparing everything I cut the onion garlic and bell pepper .I sauteed all the ingredients after frying the pork . Then pour the ready made sauce and a bit of water .You can just adjust the taste by tasting .Season it with salt and pepper in your desired taste .

Anyway this is the final result and so far it tasted really well .I love it and my boyfriend loved eating this dish too .
This is good for two servings but next time I will make more and share it with my friends.🥰😍
