Backed by Venture Capitalist Tim Draper, and partnered with the MIT alumni-led Enigma protocol, Datawallet is a blockchain-based data-exchange that allows users to reclaim and profit from the data they create online and empowers developers to bring to life the next generation of applications. Datawallet provides users with a self-sovereign wallet that puts them in charge of their data, and allows them to monetize as well as utilize an asset that is rightfully theirs. It empowers developers to leverage a completely new data universe to build the most advanced applications ever. And it provides companies with insights that will boost their operations on a never before seen scale.

Like Brave/BAT, it appears to be another one of those potential disruptors to the current monolithic centralized data models.

Right now they're offering a small bounty for installing their browser extension to extract your social media and Amazon data. You need to be in the top 56-100 (depends on how many people sign up) to qualify for a reward (smallest reward is $25). It's a project I keep my eye on along with Enigma--and thought I'd support their trial run here. This hasn't gotten much exposure, thus hardly anyone has signed up--so you still have a good shot at earning a reward.
