Resort Marketing Group (RMG) promoted travel products and services offered by Carnival Corporation & PLC, Royal Caribbean Cruises LTD, and Norwegian Cruises Ltd (Cruise Defendants). It was found that the Cruise Defendants were liable for violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
