Splinterlands Social Media Challenge.

Hello everyone in the splinterlands community. I hope everybody is doing well and having a nice time playing splinterlands. As you know, I am a new player and still trying to find my way round the cards and how the game goes.

Today I am going to write the splinterlands social media contest.

I started playing a few weeks ago. I have a friend who plays everyday and almost every minute I see him checking a thing or two in splinterlands. I guess it comes with playing for a long time. I am not like him as I play once in a while. When I started playing I was in wood and today I upgraded to a new league which is called the bronze III league.

Before getting into a higher league I had no idea that I’ll get rewards for getting to bronze III. I was given 3 chests to my surprise. I immediately contacted my friend and told him about this. He asked me to claim and then open them for my rewards.

In these chests I got 46 merits. When I asked around I was told it is used to buy gladius cases which one can get gladius cards from. I also got 2 alchemy potion and then a card called nimbledook explorer. This card has 3 health, 1 shield, 2 speed. It has no attack. It has the ability to add 2 shield to your cards if you add it to your line up. But you also have to know that it won’t attack.

I think it won’t be fair to talk about the rewards I got for bronze and then leave out the battle which helped me secure the bronze.

In this battle I was given a mana of 33. The ruleset for the game was the standard ruleset. I called on the obsidian summoner like I usually do. This summoner gives all magic cards in your like up +1 magic.

I then chose venari knifer. This card has an attack of 2, it has a speed of 4 and health of 7. It has the ability of thorns. This means it returns 2 physical damage to attacker when hit by a melee attack.

Next card I chose was regal peryton. It has an attack of 1, it has a speed of 5 and 6 health. It’s a magic card so the summoner will add to its magic and give it 2 magic attack.

Next card was venari spellsmith. It has an attack of 1, a speed of 2 and health of 2. It is also a magic card so you know what happens.

Next card was goblin psychic. Another magic card. So it gets a boost in magic attack as well. Then I went for 2 range cards in the name of xenith archer and supply runner.
