Esta vez se nos antojó comer un rico asado y como solamente éramos los 4 no hacia falta hacer tanta cantidad!

Por la tarde antes que caiga ya inicié el fuego en la "Parrilla tambor". Inicié el fuego con leña y después coloqué el carbón para tener las mejores brasas.
