Convalenscing
Strapped in my blankets
Sneezing with vigour
Caught by the cold
I beg for warmth over and over
I roll with displeasure
My head hits like a mortar
Outside, my skin stood firm against the cold
In the exams hall
My hand shiver to hold the pen
That moment, I lost my retention
I walk with dexterity
With a stiff body
Under pills and syringes
I seek strength
Sweat shirts saved me
Quick balance in health
Smooth recovery,
I pray thee!
