Uncover yourself ... (reflection)

That sometimes we drown in thoughts, forgetting that they should not be to torment us.

We become obsessed, without leaving them, to the point that they even steal our peace, until we finish.

Thinking is not bad, I like to do it, but without what I feel it would be just an immense vacuum that traps me.

That's why I prefer to feel and that leads me to thinking, because if it's the other way around, maybe it kills me.

The worst web that could trap us is the one that entangles us and does not give us respite.

Like a spider that weaves and goes like this after its prey, it stuns him until he dies to be swallowed.

If you have a thought, of those fixed ones that do not change, of those same that leave you if you win, confused ...

It is time to put them in a trap, not let them take what you are and forget them.

Thinking is not to punish us for what we have not done, or feel disadvantaged or pity,

Thinking is to evaluate and amend the experience, but also thinking leads us to turn the page.

No tangles, no torments, no empty imaginations that do not go anywhere.

Life will bring its rhythm, with its curves and straight lines; we will paint the exit as if it were a work of art.

If the thought entangles you, shake and give way to another, do not get stuck, or stay as in plant life.

That I have not come to you, that you do not get tired, that you do not let a thought catch you, hurt you.

Life with its wide narrow roads, sometimes leaves us lapses to sit and even despair, but those stops have transient nature. Let's acknowledge that, and we're willing to not stay in what torments us. Going out is an option we all have, as long as there is an answer.
