Hello fellow hiveans.... Hope we are doing great... I want to share with us my experience during the visit to a palm plantation early today. Actually this is my entry post here.
Palm tree is a common economic tree that is planted for its much benefits to human nature. It is a perennial tree that grows much better in the Africa and then southern America. It grows tall with elongated leaves as shown in the pictures in this article.
IMPORTANCE
Palm tree offers as much importance as possible.
Firstly, the red oil used for cooking is from palm. Likewise the oil from the kernel can be used to make body cream, soap etc. The leaves can be used to make brooms. The remains from the kernel after extracting the oil is used to make poultry feeds. The bark of the kernel is used to make a special kind of floor.
The vegetation can be used as a tourist site.
Looking down here is the the palm fruit from which palm oil can be gotten. But after passing through different stages.
