ESPAÑOL:
Finaliza la semana con una rutina dedicada al tren superior y la zona media, entrenar con planchas puede ser muy exigente, en lo personal cuando no incluyo pesas a mi entrenamiento de tren superior me gusta agregar planchas a la rutina, entrenar con planchas nos brinda estabilidad, fuerza y resistencia, varias de las planchas que muestro en el vídeo me cuestan debo admitirlo, por ello las hago con mucha calma, no solo para controlar el movimiento, sino además para hacer el movimiento de forma correcta.
Tenga un fin de semana libre de excesos, disfrutando de comida saludable y deliciosa, descansen de todo el estrés de la semana, y tomen mucha agua.

The week ends with a routine dedicated to the upper body and the middle zone, training with planks can be very demanding, personally when I do not include weights to my upper body training I like to add planks to the routine, training with planks gives us stability, strength and endurance, several of the planks that I show in the video cost me I must admit, so I do them very calmly, not only to control the movement, but also to do the movement correctly.
